You see that beautiful, toned women in the gym? Every guy would love to go up to that woman and start an interaction, but most guys are too nervous as they don’t know what to do.

Make Her Work For You

“I like looking as good as I can, so I go to the gym regularly, but most of all, I like spending time in the sauna afterwards,” says Adam Lyons. In this field report he gets the girl by making her invest in the interaction.

“She’s only just arrived, but now she’s agreeing to go and get dressed to give me her number, only to have to go back in! The more you make her work for it, the more interested she’ll be.”

Push, Push, Push

Always show up

Tyler of Real Social Dynamics talks about the importance of sticking to your habit of going to the gym if you’re going to succeed. To get used to this new environment, you have to make it part of your routine.

“It’s the same as going to the gym: even if I’ve not slept properly, or I’m busy, or I’m sick, I’ll work around it. If I’m too tired to have a good workout, I’ll still show up and push through it. If I’m too busy, then I’ll rush through it, and won’t worry about eating before or after. If I’m sick, I’ll show up and just stretch out.”
